Cancellation Before Shipment (Not Applicable to Orders Purchased During Sale Events)

If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you may contact the customer support team of TRUCAREKIDZ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED by emailing online@trucarekidz.com.in or calling +91 9821964442.

Upon successful processing of your cancellation request, your order will be cancelled, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 (seven) working days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, TRUCAREKIDZ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to accept cancellation requests. However, if eligible, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after the order has been delivered.
