Thank you for shopping with Trucareb2b. Here are a few things you need to know about how we package, ship, and deliver your purchase(s). We ship all across India!

Packaging

• We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging
• Once our system processes orders, they are inspected thoroughly to ensure items are in perfect condition
• After orders pass our final round of quality checks, they are packaged in boxes, which are further covered in a plastic layer
• Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap where required; all fragile items are safely secured within bubble wrap
• Shipping
• We usually dispatch most orders within one to four (1 to 4) business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• You can expect your product to be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of your order
• The status of your package(s) can be tracked 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse
• Have you ordered multiple items? That’s great! Here’s how we ship them:
• Your order of multiple products will be shipped together and at the same time
• Sometimes, we might need to ship in separate lots, but don’t worry! This is very normal
• It simply means that different parts of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse locations
• Rest assured, you are only charged once for shipping—when you place your order
